Statement of Inclusion

Our goal is to create an estate plan that reflects and celebrates you. This includes your race, ethnicity, culture, native language, creed, identity, orientation, family composition, different abilities, health status, age, level of education, economic status, housing status, immigration status, neighborhood, and history.

Accommodations

If you face any barriers to participation or have a disability requiring accommodation, we will work with you to ensure your full participation. Our office is wheelchair/scooter accessible and service animal friendly.

We realize that it can be helpful to know what to expect in our program so we can together anticipate any modifications that might support your participation. Here are some aspects of our program design that may require modification as we work together:

  • We communicate in spoken and written English;

  • Our customer service process relies on digital technologies to transmit information, such as websites, forms, and email;

  • We may also communicate via phone calls and texting;

  • We send hard-copy materials to a physical address;

  • Our in-person sessions combine spoken discussion with visual information on a screen;

  • Our sessions generally move along according to a prescribed pace, with each task allotted a certain amount of time;

  • We rely on clients to type some of their own content at home on their own computers (e.g., guidance letters).

It is a priority that Nido Planning, LLC services are accessible to all. Please be in touch, and let us know what you need. We look forward to working with you.
