Complete estate Plan
If you wish to have your planning completed as soon as possible, we can build every aspect of your comprehensive estate plan at the same time. Packages typically range between $2,000 and $4,000, depending on your selections for will & trust planning. You will always know your options, how they apply to your situation, and the cost involved before you decide what is right for you. Your time commitment is generally 6 hours with the attorney, and 2-6 hours on “homework” (depending on your own preferences).
*All full-plan clients who complete their pre-planning checklist prior to the initial planning session receive a $150 discount on their package!
A La Carte Services
If you wish to take a more paced approach and address your most pressing concern first, we have broken down each aspect of a comprehensive estate plan into a self-contained, goal-oriented service: guardianship; medical emergency; financial incapacity; and end-of-life (including will & trust planning). These can be completed according to your own timing, priorities, and budget. A la carte services starts at $450. Your time commitment is generally 3-4 hours per service.
